Summary
Panama has shut down a massive copper mine.
Franco-Nevada, a royalty streamer, is exposed to the shutdown of the mine and the stock has tumbled more than 30%.
I believe this is an overreaction, and am adding FNV stock to the aggressive portfolio. I am selling BLX stock, also of Panama, in conjunction with that trade.
